The task was to convert a face-to-face Ethics, Property, and Copyright course into an engaging online format, I needed to create a proposal that effectively outlined the approach to course delivery, technology integration, and accessibility considerations within a set timeline.

Thought Process

I began by identifying essential sections for the proposal and pinpointed areas where AI could enhance efficiency and effectiveness:

  • Needs Analysis: Using AI, I gathered data on student preferences and online learning best practices, which informed a proposal that was grounded in learner needs and supported by current trends.
  • Content Structuring and Documentation: AI helped me draft key instructional components, including recommendations for blended delivery modes and engagement strategies, aligning the document with current instructional design standards.

Development Process

AI tools enabled me to consolidate relevant research on online course design, quickly gathering insights on effective delivery modes and student engagement While I utilized AI for initial drafts, I was vigilant for any inconsistencies and cross-referenced AI-generated suggestions with authoritative sources to confirm their accuracy
